STICK YOUR TONGUE OUT, by 14-year-old filmmaker Sarah Bierman is a hilarious anti-authoritarian send-up in which two kids stick out their tongues at strangers. 17-year-old Kaely Mullins film, LEFTOVERS, is a hyper-real look at a young girl who sees her life for what it is and what it could be. DIVIDER, about a man who has cut himself off from society only to find a link in his mind to another reality, is by 15-year-old movie buff Max Rogers. Sophie Baker’s RUN IF YOU’RE LOST is the 16-year-old’s film about a young girl running lost in a world of trees and alleyways who periodically finds unexpected items along the way. 18-year-old Ariana Husain’s film, THE ART OF MISCONCEPTION, is an examination of alienation and missed opportunity. Aidan Douglas’ GEEZER HERO is the inspiring inter-generational tale of a champion video gamer. A QUARTER OF GREED is 14-year-old Nigel Smikle’s kung-fu extravaganza. 15-year-old Nick Gallagher’s PARANOID turns a dark lens on news media, in which one man grows increasingly fearful of the world around him. IF ONLY, 15-year-old Duncan Smikle’s flight of whimsy, delves into the world of a tortured boy who dreams of magical bully-banishing techniques. 15-year-old Stuart Christoph’s fishing saga, URBAN FISHERMAN, finds the title character at home in San Francisco’s Civic Center. HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED is 14-year-old Vince Patti’s examination of something we pass by every day – tourists, standing in line to take the cable car. PARKOUR MASTERS is a wink-wink spoof of one of youth culture’s world wide movement, by 14-year-old David Johnson. 17-year-old Kallin Werner’s SEVENTEEN is a meditative piece about a young woman’s perspective on mass media. LIFE OVER COFFEE is 15-year-old Jesse Rosenberg’s philosophical musing on a single conversation between two people.
