Are you a Film Arts Member, but don't know your login information?
Follow these simple steps:
1. Under "My Account" (top righthand corner) you'll be directed to the login screen.
2. To access your Login/Password information and to keep your information secure, please click-on "Forgot your Password."
3. You'll then be asked to enter the email address that you used at the time of your membership registration.
4. Click-on "Send my password now" and your generic preset password will be sent to the supplied address.
5. Now go to your email client and retrieve your password from the sent email and return to the login screen and enter both your email address and password.
6. You can now begin to make purchases and register at discount levels!
Please make sure to update your account/contact information and update/change your password after logging in for the first time.
